Vorab - wir sind mit „bookassist“ sehr zufrieden! Seit unserem Blitzstart Mitte Februar 2010 läuft unser „bookassist-Reservierungssystem“ hervorragend – und technisch einwandfrei. Dramatic Increase

We have been using Bookassist in our two Irish hotels - the Slieve Russell, Co.Cavan and Buswells, Dublin for over 18 months. During this time there has been a dramatic increase in business through the direct online channel especially since starting the Bookassist Trafficbuilder programme.  The relationship with Bookassist has been a very fruitful one and we are now in the process of integrating a third property -  The Belfry, Birmingham, UK. Fantastic service

I have been working with Bookassist for 7 years and we have always received fantastic service from them. They are very customer focused and respond quickly to any queries and requests. They are always contactable, a pleasant change in today's world. The system is easy to use, extremely flexible and does not require lengthly training sessions. I did look at different options over the years just to make sure that we were getting the best value and service but always decided that Bookassist offered the better system both in terms of customer support, cost and product quality. In addition to all of the above, they are very open to suggestions where changes or improvements could be made and all upgrades to the system are free of charge so you know that you always have the most up to date product.
