Poprvé jsem se seznámil s firmou Bookassist a jejich technologií, když jsem potkal Roshana McPartlanda. Po rozhovoru s ním jsem si uvědomil, že se jedná o inovativní system zahrnující komplexní řešení pro hotely, které hledají spolehlivý a efektivní rezervační system a další služby s ním spojené. Byl jsem skutečně ohromen jejich obchodní filosofií, která brala v úvahu jak potřeby hostů, tak potřeby hoteliéra. Na mém předchozím místě jsem neměl možnost spolupracovat s firmou Bookassist. Hotel Hastal Prague Old Town, kde v současnosti pracuji, spolupracuje se společností Bookassist téměř 2 roky. Během této doby se počet rezervací přes naše vebové stránky zvýšil o 70 procent a díky tomu jsme obdrželi cenu jako Nejlépe prodávající nezávislý hotel v České republice v roce 2008/2009. Také jsme se stali prvním českým nezávislým hotelem, který začal podporovat UNICEF a to by samozřejmě nebylo možné bez dokonalé spolupráce se všemi zaměstnanci společnosti Bookassist. Chtěli bychom poděkovat především Jitce Křížové, která nám pomohla s  hladkým převodem z našeho předešlého nefungujícího systému. Také velice oceňujeme poradenství a profesionální přístup Jaroslava Tibitanzla (obchodní ředitel ČR) a Jaromíra Pažouta (operační ředitel ČR). Nesmíme zapomenout poděkovat Yahyovi Fetchati (obchodní ředitel pro celou Evropu), který je podle mého mínění řídící síla firmy a mnohokrát nám pomohl s řešením problémů pomocí nových vývojových trendů a nových informačních technologií. V neposlední řadě bych rád vyjádřil svou vděčnost zakladatelům firmy Bookassist, především Desovi O Mahoneymu PhD (generální ředitel) a Kierenu Fivesovi (obchodní ředitel pro Irsko a zakladatel), kteří vždy pozorně poslouchali naše připomínky a připravovali velice užitečné workshopy pro nás a další hotely v České republice. Byli plni nadšení a zkušeností, které nás přesvědčili o tom, že společnost Bookassist patří mezi nejlepší společnosti zabývající se rezervační technologií v Evropě.

Business up over 60%

Since joining Bookassist in September 2008, on-line bookings have gone from strength to strength and have increased over 60 percent in the last quarter of 2008. This is amazing growth. Bookassist 'Five Star' functionality includes multiple languages, multiple currencies, customer generated reviews, google maps, dynamic packaging, detailed descriptions and images. These have all worked towards increasing our look-to-book ratio. I cannot thank the team at Bookassist enough for all the help offered to us on the set up and seamless transition from our previous underperforming system. One of the most important items we added and are delighted to do is online marketing, especially with PPC campaigns. Our return on investment has proven to be so significant that I have no problem investing the money as it so tangible. The clear, concise and comprehensive monthly reports encourage us in understanding the power of on-line bookings from our own website, and the importance offering the customer choice in terms of room categories. Recently with Bookassist's help we have added 'add-ons' which now offer our customer when booking the facility to add a treatment from our Indian Spa, or Champagne on arrival, flowers and chocolates and we hope to roll this out further with tickets for shows in Cork etc. One of the best decisions made by us here at The Kingsley since our big investment in 2006 was to align ourselves with such a great Irish Company as Bookassist!

Since starting online marketing/Traffic Builder with Bookassist in 2006 we have seen an increase in direct online business through our own website by more than 50 per cent. Fantastic service

I have been working with Bookassist for 7 years and we have always received fantastic service from them. They are very customer focused and respond quickly to any queries and requests. They are always contactable, a pleasant change in today's world. The system is easy to use, extremely flexible and does not require lengthly training sessions. I did look at different options over the years just to make sure that we were getting the best value and service but always decided that Bookassist offered the better system both in terms of customer support, cost and product quality.
