Nel campo del booking on line ormai se ne vedono di tutti i tipi, ed è giusto affidarsi a persone con cui trovare dei principi da condividere per ottenere obiettivi comuni. Il modello di business creato dalla bookassist a mio avviso ne rispecchia le caratteristiche ideali. Lo sviluppo della movimentazione e di fatturato del sito dell'albergo porta benefici per entrambe. Se a questo si aggiunge un fattore fondamentale ,quale il rapporto umano tra le persone, il pacchetto può solo che funzionare. La differenza che ho percepito rispetto ad altri competitors è il non voler forzatamente entrare e prendere tutto il possibile (vedi domini, costruzione sito, o db), ma svolgere vera e propria consulenza, con presenza e competenza. Il fatto poi di non voler vincolare a tutti i costi, è un ulteriore esempio della loro consapevolezza di saper fare bene. I risultati ci sono, e anche meglio del previsionale. Non mi sembra proprio poco!

We have been using Bookassist in our two Irish hotels - the Slieve Russell, Co.Cavan and Buswells, Dublin for over 18 months. Since joining Bookassist in September 2008, on-line bookings have gone from strength to strength and have increased over 60 percent in the last quarter of 2008. This is amazing growth. Bookassist 'Five Star' functionality includes multiple languages, multiple currencies, customer generated reviews, google maps, dynamic packaging, detailed descriptions and images. These have all worked towards increasing our look-to-book ratio. I cannot thank the team at Bookassist enough for all the help offered to us on the set up and seamless transition from our previous underperforming system. One of the most important items we added and are delighted to do is online marketing, especially with PPC campaigns. Our return on investment has proven to be so significant that I have no problem investing the money as it so tangible. The clear, concise and comprehensive monthly reports encourage us in understanding the power of on-line bookings from our own website, and the importance offering the customer choice in terms of room categories. Recently with Bookassist's help we have added 'add-ons' which now offer our customer when booking the facility to add a treatment from our Indian Spa, or Champagne on arrival, flowers and chocolates and we hope to roll this out further with tickets for shows in Cork etc. One of the best decisions made by us here at The Kingsley since our big investment in 2006 was to align ourselves with such a great Irish Company as Bookassist!

I have been working with Bookassist for 7 years and we have always received fantastic service from them. They are very customer focused and respond quickly to any queries and requests. They are always contactable, a pleasant change in today's world. The system is easy to use, extremely flexible and does not require lengthly training sessions. I did look at different options over the years just to make sure that we were getting the best value and service but always decided that Bookassist offered the better system both in terms of customer support, cost and product quality. In addition to all of the above, they are very open to suggestions where changes or improvements could be made and all upgrades to the system are free of charge so you know that you always have the most up to date product.
