Our company is expanding rapidly with offices in Dublin, Madrid, Paris, Rome, Vienna and Prague and currently has a client base of over 2000 hotels. We are seeking a highly motivated Online Marketing Specialist for the Italian Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns for hotels and hotel groups across multiple ad platforms.
  • Analyse, develop and implement onsite and offsite Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Create social media profiles and blogs for clients and advise on strategies to achieve targets.
  • Analyse client’s online presence and report on changes that are required to improve traffic and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse existing performance of current clients using recognized KPIs and implement actions and agreed strategies to improve e-commerce conversion.
  • Advise on e-mail marketing strategy and conversion.
  • Keep up to date with new trends in online marketing.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience in running SEM and PPC campaigns full time.
  • At least 1 year experience in using tools such as Google adwords and Google analytics.
  • Knowledge of common CMS packages.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and some knowledge of PHP is an advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently across multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italy and especially Rome and its environs.
  • Experience of Mac OS X is an advantage, but not essential.

For the Irish Market we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join the Dublin-based Customer Support Team. This role is the first point of contact between the company and our valued hotel clients and is a key role in the growth and development of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up hotels on Bookassist's systems and training hotels in the use of the systems.
  • Answering general support queries from our hotel clients over phone and email.
  • Providing internal support for sales, account management and online marketing functions within the company.
  • Liaising with sales and account management teams to ensure the best technical setups are rolled out to clients.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Fluent in written and spoken English - Additional languages are an advantage

SPAIN: Business Development Advisor / Account Manager

The objective of the Business Development Advisor is to own, retain and grow business for their assigned set of partner hotels using the Bookassist booking engine. The Business Development Advisor will be responsible for the revenue growth of their assigned accounts (hotels). This position will have ongoing interaction with external suppliers on the property level, as well as daily interactions with other team members and other teams within Bookassist. Typically interactions with both internal and external parties will be at mid and upper management levels.

Experience/Qualifications Required:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification
  • Good computer skills, Office applications, Internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
  • Professional,"get it done" attitude and work ethic
  • Team player with the ability to lead when necessary
  • Fluent Spanish and English essential
  • Additional languages - Working knowledge of another European language is desirable
  • Relationships - Able to establish, develop and build relationships and trust, aware of and able to leverage trade and market influencers, attendences at trade fairs and exhibitions etc
  • Presentations - Able to present to groups and suppliers and industry bodies. Knows how to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others to achieve desired outcomes
