We have been using Bookassist in our two Irish hotels - the Slieve Russell, Co.Cavan and Buswells, Dublin for over 18 months. Without a doubt the must beneficial seminar I have ever attended was 'The Rules of the Road for Marketing Your Hotel Online' presented by Bookassist in April 2008. Sitebuilder has been a great addition to the Ariel House web strategy. It gives us the opportunity to update the content on our website in house. The CMS is extremely user friendly and easy to understand. Comprehensive training was initially given; this assistance is always on hand when we need it. There are many advantages to using a CMS particularly for a medium sized property like Ariel House, where technical staff may not be part of the team. We are really happy with our decision to use Sitebuilder - we feel we have reaped the benefits of the time and money invested and have found the main benefit to be not having to engage a third party for editing. The system has also helped us to keep the material on our website more tailored and up to date. We would recommend Sitebuilder to any Hospitality business who is keen to take their website forward and drive internet bookings.
